Perspective: A Year of Reasons to be Thankful

November 26, 2015 | Matt Palazzolo | Articles, emotion studios news

This is one of our favorite times of year. As the seasons turn and light shifts, magic hour seems to last just a little bit longer on set. But more importantly, this time of year gives us the chance to reflect on what we are thankful for at emotion studios.

As we look back at the wide variety of product launches, social stories, live events, and vision pieces one thing comes clear: We are thankful for the amazing, creative, sometimes stubborn, but always visionary clients we get to work with. And we resolve to never take that for granted.

But occasionally, a project will come along that offers us a new perspective – one that feels bigger than us. And when it does, it forces everyone involved to stop and realize just how fortunate we are to help tell that story.

We’ve had a few of those in the past couple of years, each one as powerful an experience as the last. From empowering women around the world, to tackling tough topics like sexual assault, to providing a haven for LGBTQ students, many of the people and organizations we’ve been lucky enough to work with give us an entirely fresh outlook on issues of real importance.

For that, we couldn’t be more thankful.

Check a few them out below, and have a happy Thanksgiving!
