The little known story of the invention and adoption of the bread slicer by Otto Rohwedder is told by the residents of Chillicothe, MO where it was first used. The story is a good example of how quickly new technology passes from a curiosity into something quite ordinary. eMotion studios produced this short piece to be used in a campaign for SanDisk. Maybe it will develop into a longer documentary down the road....
